Before you start
One run is one completed analysis of a drawing upload, including all its findings. Revised drawings or separate uploads analysed again use another run. Credits are shared across projects in your workspace. A pack pays for analyses, not an entire consent or guaranteed approval.
A credit is used when a plan analysis completes successfully. If the analysis fails on ARRO's side, it does not spend a credit. You can see your remaining balance in your workspace.
Yes. Credits are pooled across projects in your personal or company workspace. Company credits are available to everyone in that workspace.
We are onboarding early teams through the waitlist. Joining is free and does not require payment. We will confirm your council and project requirements as access opens.
