1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as keeping you signed in) over time.
Local storage also saves information in your browser, such as interface preferences or whether you have joined our waitlist. Measurement scripts can send usage and performance information without setting cookies.
2. How we use them
ARRO keeps cookie use to a minimum. We primarily use strictly necessary cookies required to authenticate you and operate the platform securely. Our authentication and session cookies are set by our auth provider, Supabase.
3. Authentication, preferences, and payments
| Technology | Purpose | Type | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication cookies | Keep you signed in and refresh your session (Supabase Auth) | Strictly necessary | Until expiry, sign-out, or removal in your browser |
| Local storage | Remember interface preferences and waitlist sign-up status | Functional | Until cleared or updated |
When you open the payment form, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies to operate payments and help prevent fraud. Their purposes and lifetimes are described in Stripe's Cookie Policy. We do not use cookies to advertise ARRO across other websites.
4. Analytics and performance monitoring
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and website usage. It records information such as page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, and approximate location. It does not use third-party cookies; Vercel uses a temporary request-derived identifier to distinguish visitors, which is discarded after 24 hours. That period applies to the identifier, not to all analytics reports. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.
We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading, responsiveness, and visual stability. It sends measurements along with page URLs, browser, device, network, and country information to Vercel. See Vercel's Speed Insights privacy documentation.
5. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because our authentication cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in and using ARRO.
You can clear local storage using your browser's site-data controls. Blocking cookies alone does not stop measurement scripts; browser privacy controls or content-blocking tools may let you block those requests. Blocking Stripe's payment technologies may prevent payments from working. See our Privacy Policy for privacy requests and contact details.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
